Fair Compensation for Congregations
In 1995, the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) General Assembly (GA) called upon congregations to provide fair compensation, including benefits, to all staff. Our goal is to recognize congregations whose compensation practices and personnel policies recognize the importance of being a responsible employer and to encourage other congregations to move toward that goal.
