These Congregational Stories About Sharing Ministry share the ways in which members of Unitarian Universalist churches have ministered to one another and discovered new ways of serving and being served.
Our congregations intentionally affirm the infinite variety of families, and commit to provision and sustain them as they grow in spirit, love, and justice.
The Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministries supports all Unitarian Universalist (UU) youth and young adults with online connections, congregational programming, campus ministry resources, leadership trainings, and more.
In addition to conferences and online communities for singles, many UU congregations host events or small group ministries for individuals who are not in a committed relationship.
Identity-Based Ministries
The office of Multicultural Ministries supports and creates programs, initiatives, leadership development opportunities, and educational resources to help Unitarian Universalism become an inclusive and multicultural faith and a force for love and justice in our larger world. For more information, go to Racial Justice and Multicultural Ministries and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) Welcome and Equality.
The Office of Accessibility Concerns works to cultivate and institutionalize a “theology of wholeness and justice.” Our pages on Disability & Accessibility are a resource for us all on our Journey Toward Wholeness.
Small Group Ministries
Small Group Ministry (SGM) provides a format with which we nurture connections and explore spirituality within our congregations.
Addictions Ministry
Addictions present many challenges; our faith provides strength and comfort with which to meet those challenges. Our Addictions Ministry Resources offer tools and information to support reflection and transparency, and to help those with addictions, their families, and their communities along the path to recovery.
