Our first campus ministry community call of 2013 is this Sunday, January 6th

We will discuss how our campus ministry groups can most effectively operate within the academic institutions and Unitarian Universalist communities they operate within.
Whether you have been doing this work for years, have just begun, or are overwhelmed by the idea of beginning, we welcome you. We are student leaders, lay leaders, and religious professionals and all others involved in UU campus ministry.

We will have brief introductions and then begin the discussion of how our campus ministry groups can most effectively operate within the academic institutions and Unitarian Universalist communities they exist in. Examples of questions discussed:
We will have time at the end for questions you are mulling over regarding your campus ministry and would like feedback from other leaders on. Please come with your thoughts on the topic and any questions for the group!
How to connect:
- How do we get official group status - and what do we do in the meantime?
- How can established groups grow through relationships with the school and UU communities?
- How does a group gain clout within the college and congregation?
We will be connecting both through the telephone and online through anymeeting, so that we might see one another’s faces. If you can only connect to the phone call, please still join us! Connecting to anymeeting is not required, but is great.
