The Job of the Liaison
Qualifications
- An interest in stewardship
- Terms: UUMA, 3 years; LREDA, 3 years; UUA Board, 2 years; DPA, 2 years
- Membership with the liaison organization
- Computer and Internet literate; has email account and access
Additional Qualifications
- Represents, serves or is a member of a congregation that contributes or is committed to contributing the full requested amount to our Association of Congregations
- Trained, or willing to be trained, in anti-racism/anti-oppression/multi-culturalism work
Responsibilities
- Member of Executive Committee
- Participate in Executive Committee and March Committee meetings
- Serve as an information conduit between the APF Committee and the sponsoring organization
- Engage in the ministry of stewardship education, support and development in our Association of Congregations
- Develop an intentional inspirational network of commitment to associational stewardship
- Upon request, get specific feedback from the sponsoring organization
- Be current with information for meetings
- Copy reports to related organizations on the email listserve
