The Job of the Vice Chair
Qualifications
- Understanding of stewardship
- Excellent leadership, organization, planning and communication skills
- No fewer than two years' service as a District Chair
- Experience on the Executive Committee
- Commitment to the goals, vision, mission and ministry of the APF Committee and our Association of Congregations
- Trained, or willing to attend training as soon as possible in anti-racism/anti-oppression/multi-culturalism work
Responsibilities
- Member of the Executive Committee (serves in one of the At-Large positions)
- Takes prime responsibility for planning and chairing fall Committee training meetings and other orientation meetings
- Assists the General Chair, as needed
