Qualifications
- Understanding of stewardship
- Excellent leadership, organization, planning and communication skills
- Commitment to the goals, vision, mission and ministry of the APF Committee and our Association of Congregations
- Trained, or willing to attend training as soon as possible after being selected, in anti-racism/anti-oppression/multi-culturalism work
Responsibilities
- Chair APF Committee and Executive Committee meetings
- Establish APF Committee objectives in support of Stewardship and Development Staff Group goals
- Maintain liaison with APF Director
- Assist in recruiting new members of the Committee
- Communicate full Committee and Executive Committee decisions and concerns to the Finance Committee and Board of Trustees, as needed
- Provide guidance and support to Committee members
