Organization of the Committee
The Annual Program Fund Committee
The Annual Program Fund Committee is made up of:
- A Committee Chair, who is appointed by the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) Board of Trustees
- A Vice-Chair, who is selected by the Committee Chair from among the current District Representatives, in consultation with the APF Director
- District Representatives, one from each district, who are appointed by the UUA Administration
- Liaisons (one from each of the following; appointed by the relevant organization)
- UUA Board of Trustees
- District Presidents Association
- Liberal Religious Educators Association
- The APF Director, who serves ex-officio; other staff may attend meetings to assist the Director
The Executive Committee
The APF Committee has an Executive Committee. The Executive Committee's roles include:
- Prepare the agendas for periodic meetings
- Review and evaluate APF strategies and give input to the APF Director
- Review the District Chairs' Annual Reports and evaluate the overall effectiveness of the APF Committee
- Suggest General Assembly activities
- Recommend annual objectives to meet annual goals
The Executive Committee is made up of:
- The Committee Chair
- The Vice-Chair
- Four At-Large Members*
- The UUA Board of Trustees Liaison
- The District Presidents Association Liaison
- The Liberal Religious Educators Association Liaison
- The APF Director serves ex-officio, and other staff may attend as needed by the Director or as requested by the Committee
* Appointed by the APF Committee Chair and the APF Director.
