Who are the stakeholders in the process?
The February 2005 Convocation on Ministry to and With Youth brainstormed a list of people and groups who have a stake in youth ministry. The Task Force on Youth Ministry encouraged and provided support for these stakeholders to engage in the Consultation process. The Process Guide for Stakeholder Conversations (PDF) on Ministry To and With Youth was developed as a tool for organizing self-facilitated processes within stakeholder groups.
The primary objective of stakeholder conversations was to engage youth ministry stakeholders in visioning and goal-setting to strengthen their youth ministry and support of youth ministry. The input of stakeholders helped shape the outcomes and recommendations of the consultation.
