Meeting Dates
Meetings are held when needed. (Any meetings outside of Board meeting times are held by conference call.)When we're engaged in a major review (staff reorganization, human resources policy manual), we meet at each of the non-GA Board meetings usually Saturday morning at 7 a.m in the Fifield room. Observers are requested to make reservations through the Committee Chair. Meetings are held in executive session when they concern individual personnel matters. At other times we meet once a year and as issues arise (for instance a contested termination, a question of conflict of interest) or when new Leadership Council staff are being hired.
