Rule G-9.12.5. Balloting at General Assembly.
A person shall be qualified to cast a ballot at General Assembly only if that person presents to the Secretary of the Association or those employed by him or her at the polls a properly certified ballot stub plus a badge issued to that person and containing the same name as the name on the ballot stub.Last updated on Monday, November 13, 2006.
