Rule 4.18.4. Matters Submitted by Districts.
In the event that a proposed amendment to a Rule or to a Business Resolution that was submitted by a district is to be considered at a General Assembly, the district that submitted the proposed amendment or resolution may, in accordance with its own procedures, designate a representative to speak in support of the amendment or resolution at the General Assembly. The representative must be provided by the district with a certification of the representative's appointment signed by an officer of the district.Last updated on Monday, November 13, 2006.
