Section 10.4. Duties of Treasurer and Assistant Treasurers.
The Treasurer shall have custody of the corporate seal and the funds and other properties of the Association and shall have the usual duties of the Treasurer of a corporation. The Treasurer or the Board of Trustees may from time to time delegate or assign to each Assistant Treasurer specified duties and authority; and any person, firm, organization or corporation dealing with the Association may assume that any act performed by an Assistant Treasurer, including the execution, sealing and delivery of any document, has been performed pursuant to an effective delegation or assignment of authority as aforesaid, and the Association shall be bound accordingly.Last updated on Friday, November 10, 2006.
