Section 9.7. Vacancy in Nominations.
If all persons nominated for an elective position at large die, decline to serve or are disqualified after the time has expired for making any further nominations, or if no valid and timely nomination is made, the position shall be filled after the final adjournment of the regular General Assembly at which the election would have been held in the same manner as if the position had been filled by election and had then become vacant.Last updated on Friday, November 10, 2006.
