*Section C-4.7. Voting.
Voting at each regular and special General Assembly shall be by accredited delegates from certified member congregations, certified associate member organizations, and trustees.
Each delegateand trustee shall have only one vote, even if present in more than one capacity. Proxy voting is prohibited except when the amendment being processed is an amendment of the articles of organization.
